    Lyn has been in the massage business since 1999 and hopes to continue well beyond retiring age. Massage is one of her passions, creating her style of massage influenced from Thai massage, myofascial release, and neuromucular therapy techniqes.

    Having struggled with body pain, Jeremy's primary interest is in treating chronic muscular and joint related pain. His technique in massage in based in a Swedish style using both long, gliding strokes (effleurage) and shorter, kneading strokes (petrissage). His massage is influenced by myofascial release techniques.

    Ms. DeJesus has studied martial arts since 1978 beginning with Butokukan Karate. She holds instructor certifications & black belt rankings in Doce Pares Eskrima, Filipino Martial Arts, Chen Tai Chi, Yang Tai Chi, Wushu, to name a few. She will assist in creating a martial arts workshop in the Philippines by 2021.
