The Evergreen building is just off the I-405 and Valley Highway (Hwy 167), between the AMC theaters and Holiday Inn Select. There are ample parking spaces to the east, north, and west of the building. We take appointments Monday through Saturday.

Wheelchair access is located at the west entrance. Please let our staff know in advance if you will be requiring assistance.

Appointments/Cancellations: We recommend that you schedule your appointment in advance. Please show up for no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice to avoid charges.

Tardiness Policy: We request that you arrive early for your appointment. This gives you some time to relax and ensures that you will receive your full session time, and in order for us to uphold our professional standards of being 'on time,' we regret that we cannot give you additional time if you arrive late for your appointment. If for any reason WE are late starting your appointment, you will receive the full scheduled time.
